Is that the normal aluminium bezel? I can't quite tell...Scratch that... Just read your post.
Mine came fitted with the ceramic bezel so I'm not sure why they couldn't do yours!
Alsal are just afraid of breaking the insert that's already in there. If you don't care about that, I'm sure they'll be fine.
If you want to do it yourself, get a hairdryer and blast the bezel for a couple of minutes then prize it off with a thin screwdriver or craft knife.
