Their english isn't 10/10, but more than enough for fine communication. I'm just in the finishing stages of my 2nd Rychtarski build. Just remember that you have to specify EVERY details, otherwise they'll sometimes take some funny decesions. Don't expect to get NAHBS styled details, but he'll often sent you pics of the different parts for you to choose f/r dropouts, brakebridges, lugs, etc. A plus is that you do not have to wait 6-18 months for a frame, mine took a little over two weeks from final aprovements until the frame was painted.
All in all, at the cost it's pretty good.
