GF is off to HK tomorrow.

Not sure whether to go for a MacBook Air or an iPad air. I heard the MacBook Air was due for a refresh, so wonder if there is much point? I have a laptop for work and a general one for browsing but it's pretty old/naff.

Any advice would be welcome!

I love my MacBook Air. Wife has an iPad and I hate it. I much rather a physical keyboard than touch screen. Plus the trackpad and the functions are brilliant.

I know the physical difference between the two.
My question is the MB air going to be upgraded sometime soon? We're back in HK late spring next year, so if it is I'll wait till then,
