I sanded off the top layer of lacquer and the logos. then I tried to get an even matte finish with wet sanding paper and scouring cream(not sure of the term, I'm foreign)
I still need to work on the finish as there's still some visible scratches and I'll have to choose a colour for a pinstripe lining of the "crown".

Frame is finally with me again, thanks goes to hulsroy!!
Still need to find drop out adjusters and stepped ferrules, but both are non essential and I want to build soon.
Let me know if you have m3 x 30 brass allen head bolts or a source for them.

The fork looks very shit atm. Got to sort it out.

Define 'very shit'. Scratches?

The masking tape and sand paper method left a very blurry edge so I decided to try to mask off and spray paint a thin white pinstripe along the faux lug shape. It came out pretty bad so I took it off with acetone that messed up the matte clear. Will just need to mask off again and spray matte clear with a nice clean edge to the gloss.

will build this weekend, I think.

Still have to adjust gears properly, dial in the fit and redo the bar tape sometime when it's light and I'm not tired.
Oh. And the rear brake bridge is out of alignment too. Don't know what else do than bend it back with a steel bar between the seat stays... Recommendations?

well, to be completely honest, I've actually forgotten in the mean time.

the slightly battered look of the frame against the new components has grown on me so I won't paint it for a while. but I'll be sure to post photos when I do.

not ergonovas. frankly, I'm tired of the 3T branding. hence sanding off the stripe of the seat post. the stem is just a loaner to test the bar position. it was too long.

the bar is ritchey wcs curve (older and lighter model than evo curve) with a matching c260 stem it's about the lightest you can get for the price.
