Take a look at the amount of potassium, sodium etc. and then try and figure out how much of that you get from other sources during the day and if you're not exceeding the recommended levels. Probably not too much of an issue unless you have prior kidney issues or something.

Gave my gf a High5 tablet the other day because she'd been unwell and our rehydration sachets were out of date. Then she asked for another the next day and again today and tonight she said she loves it and wants me to buy some more (we were using free samples from crc).
Is there any harm (other than financial) in drinking high5 or nuun etc in place of cordial etc? Probably only have one a day and would avoid caffeine containing varieties.
