because......?
-
• #1178
personal i guess...
I think people associate it with smoking.
Nothing more.

Same here. I go outside the pub unless there's a whole group using them indoors. Polite, innit.
-
• #1180
People just don't understand...
Though its good to go outside a pub with the smokers, sociable innit? -
• #1181
Plus as it's a way to give up smoking, by going outside means I'm not creating more opportunity to smoke
-
• #1182
Yep - since 18th June 2013, which is the day I started vaping.

^I'm about the same time, after 30yrs of smoking.

I find switching flavours every 60ml or so is the best way to avoid vape-tongue or whatever that condition is called that normalises the flavour to the point that you can't taste anything.
Just put in Custard Creme again after 2 weeks on Toffee Apple... so SO good.

I made 300ml of Mom'n'Pop RY4 today... Such a cheap way to do things... £120 worth at retail for less than £20...
Ordered more supplies from vape emporium as well, there's a 20% discount code on the web somewhere... Will dig it out if people are interested...
DNA30 and Kayfun Lite still going strong, tho' I have had to get the lead to the positive contact resoldered a couple of times... It doesn't like having batteries swapped out, I should probably only use flat tops in it...

Oh... Thanks! Decided to order a mechanical mod set up to see what all the fuss is about.

After 6 months of using an ego type without wanting a real roll up, I've made the jump to a beginners mod.....big difference!
I went for an E-joy, E-top, with a Aspire mini aero tank......variable everything and 18650 battery.
It looks a little less like lightsaber than most others, and has a good heft in the hand.....oh, it also vapes my favourite vapemunki juice wonderfully!
Barbed custard, if you were wondering :0)While in Puff Daddy-E in waltham abbey, I met a cloud having champ. I'm not sure what that's all about though.

So... 18xxx style batteries.
Should I stick with 'famous branded' or is there a good eBay version out there?
-
• #1197

Ta.

AVOID Ebay batteries! If you are using a regulated mod, Panasonic NCR-18650B. If you are using an unregulated mod, Sony VTC4 / VTC5 (if you can find them in stock) or Efest Purple. P-Vaper, Myepack, UKEcigStore, TorchyTheBatteryBoy on UKVapers, or some other respected seller. Loads of fakes out there that could be dangerous.

Ok... Not as easy as I first thought. I need to measure size of batteries to sizw of mod with expansion rings.
I bought a King Clone Mod with a Sigelei Kick Wattage PCB to avoid Noob Explosions. I understand V=IR etc, etc...
Personally i dont think its really polite to smoke it where you wouldnt smoke a cig.
