still doesn't look like a 54 toptube frame!are you 100% sure? can you take a photo with a measuring tape?

Wonderful bike, previously bought from @giurgiu, then ridden by my mother, still in great condition. She has now moved to Spain, so I'm selling on. Chrome down tube and seat stay. Everything is yellow, and a real head-turner.
