You would want to go for a 58 - the amount of post you'd have on a 55 would make re-mounting pretty nuts. I find mine fine for commuter duties and the brief amount of races I've taken part in.
That said - you'd be better placed speaking to one of the regular CXrs for advice. @Zdrenka @andyp could advise someone of your frame better than me
