• Someone wasn't paying attention in Parliament Square today. I was turning right from Westminster Bridge Road into Whitehall, as was a bus, and so the pick up truck turning into Whitehall from Parliament Square gave way as he was on a give way line. Unfortunately the cyclist behind didn't realise and smacked into the back of the pick up. He was ok, saw him walking off, not sure if his bike was.

Got shouted at by a cabbie in Berkeley Square as, apparently, it was my fault he was in the wrong lane and as we all know cabbies are never wrong. He actually drove up the right hand side of me, took his hands off the wheel to wave them about at me, then cut me up as he was turning left. It's quite a wide road although I explained to him when we were both stopped at adjoining lights that it may not be wide enough for his car and his ego. Think he just got the arse as I was in the middle of the road as obviously I am going straight on, the dunderhead!
