there's some buildings I stare at every few days visualizing a picture pretty much like this, but I don't have the right lens to get it right

the right lens to get it right

..well I'm not sure what "right" means / what you want it to look like in the end,
the one up there was just shot with a standard point and shoot focal length (35mm).
