  • Nursing a blister after spending lunchtime running barefoot by Brockley Park, up and around Tulse Hill and back through central Brixton. Am out of practice and need to remember how much more care is needed on hills. Although part of it is just my feet neediing to toughen up again. When I felt confident enough to run again after accident, I started in Vibrams. Wrong way round, really.
