Second chance to get RAD! Even if you are a complete beginner/couldn't make the Lee Valley session, then here's another opportunity!
Last sunday of the month, adults only coaching from 9.30am to 1pm. £12 for coaching and bike and helmet hire.
Next one is 28th Sept. I'm deffo going. Anyone else??

I think once you've passed the accreditation/done a formal session you can hit up the track for FREE on their rock up and ride sessions! (but still can hire a bike for £3)
