On the other hand, I think you're probably now of a shape where Adam Shener's stuff would fit you (and suit you) without adjustment. He doesn't do made to measure but there's a good (and inexpensive) atelier next door.

Exactly... the whole shape is pretty much ruined.
I've been looking at something like http://www.kingandallen.co.uk/ to try and get something made to measure for around £400.
More pain for the credit card, but who wants to look ridiculous on their wedding day?
