I'm terrible at taking advice, basically I like to hear people agree with my first assumption. However since the majority didn't I thought I'd loosely follow advice. I am a busy person and Fred Williams (lbs) is a busy shop, so rather than attempt the complex organisational problems involved in getting my bike there I spent an extra fiver of my bank manager's money. It may indeed prove to be the frame that's out but the frame is aluminium and difficult to manipulate and on borrowed time anyway so it's a risk I'm prepared to take. If I've wasted £12, it's £12 less damage to my liver in the long run.
