Just had a look at De Marchi's stuff and quite like the look of their "safety gilet" http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/de-marchi-safety-gilet-ss14/rp-prod117314 I've always fancied a fully reflective vest rather than a fluro monstrosity having seen runners in them (from a mile off).
I had to laugh at the description though, bearing in mind it's a windproof gilet.
Recommended for wear at about 18–25 °C
It tickled me, as my wife is Italian and that pretty much reflects her opinion of what constitutes chilly weather.
