I've just stripped the tyre off a rim in order to send the wheel back to Paligap (damn their eyes).
In so doing I discovered a ding in one side of the rim, at the very top of the braking surface- I'd not felt it pulsing when applying the brakes.
Should I just ignore this, or attempt to bend it back out?
If it's not causing trouble, ignore it. Bending it back will weaken it further.
