4 laps but the first one was interrupted by a puncture (just at the top of the Dark Hill climb, glad it was there and not on the Broomfield Hill descent) and a split tyre. Thought this might happen (I'd seen a hole in the tyre before setting off and couldn't be arsed to change it) so I had a spare folding tyre with me, swapped it over and carried on but it delayed me 15 minutes.
Subsequent 3 laps showed no improvement on previous time; still fat, slow and unfit. But I have a baseline for my fitness data.
Will have a regular bash at this (#euph) every Friday from now on. Ideally 6 laps.
