Apologies for the lack of ride this week, had to work late Wednesday and then woke up on Thursday with a delightful cold which has put me out of action for the past few days. I will start planning for this coming Wednesday, I have a short and sweet and mildly punishing route in mind (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6436511 ) but if anyone has an alternative route suggestion please feel free to share it.
