That was great - i spelt Serotta wrong in the title...

Lovely looking frame and a tasteful colour and decals - it should look great built up. Any reason behind the choice to have it painted? I for one am glad to see a ti build with some colour behind it rather than being yet another drab grey.

I bought it painted (2nd hand) - the colour is a bit darker in natural light. If i was ordering a new Ti frame i'd definately have it painted too

I was watching this like a hawk! But the odd length of TT put me off, how tall are you?
What are you plans for this?

Ahh! - there was only one other bidder! I'm 5.11 and a bit but with long legs and shorter torso/arms a la scoble.
Saying that it'll have at least a 120 possibly a 130 stem (Pro plt) with carbon Record 10 components and columbus minimal forks.
Hopefully should be comfy and light. -

This thread needs more pictures!
Have you received it yet?

I'm seriously lusting after a set of nice wheels.... 0% interest on some enve's .... will post some pics at the weekend. it's around 7.7kg with some seriously weighty wheels on it at the mo. -

nice build!
Wasn't keen on the silver/pewter stem on first glance, but it balances up the exposed stays really nicely.
Also agree on some colour on a to frame, raw has been done to death -

Ballcrushing saddle angle. Other than that, nice clean build.

that b-screw needs loosening.
-
• #18
from here it looks that way at least.
-
• #19
?? are you talking about the rear derailleur?
chain is too short i think -
• #20
doesn't look too short.
yes the mech -
• #21
eh maybe it's too short. one or the other. hard for me to see honestly, but the top pulley is definitely sitting too far from the cogs.
-
• #22
that's the worst thing about doing home mechanics... may have to fork out a few quid to get a mechanic to dial it in properly ..
-
• #23
just loosen the B screw as much as you can without letting it hit the cogs. Doesn't have to be precise.

Hot damn, this needs better photos!
