  • I'm selling my Mamiya M645, because I want a GW690. If anyone is interested; it's here- http://www.lfgss.com/conversations/254921/

  • I took this years ago and still don't know what or how...

  • it's nice though!

  • drowning pidgeon?

  • I have this shitty Chinese camera that I'm quite fond of so I was upset when part of the film loading mechanism and door broke off and disappeared. But this week I found and won one with a broken shutter for roughly £6. I was going to just take the bits I needed but I changed my mind, disassembled the whole thing and figured out how to repair the shutter.

Of course the lens is not so good as my old one so it was a waste of time but never mind.

  • I just got yashica t3 for 0.99p!!!!!

  • I'm heading off for to Sardinia for a week and leaving my DSLR at home. Since I have no film cameras I was wanting to take a few disposables with me (or buy there). figured it may be fun.

Any tips on what brands work well or types to get? Basically sick of my usual holiday snaps and sick of sorting through them after the holiday.

  • Try local pound shop

  • Get a T3 for 99p

  • Creepy place my T90 with a amazingly wide 18mm barrel distortion away.

  • I was going to offer a olympus trip for 25£ with a couple of rolls fully serviced, I repair and service cameras so have quite a few floating around.

  • shinkuu that's nice, and a nice story as well!
props for going through the trouble and making it work. i tried repairing the shutter of a L35AF (seemingly quite an easy task), failed miserably though..

    That does look mouldy!
    Nice colours - what film?

    T90

    ..as in Canon T90 ?
Canon T's are so ugly and awkwardly shaped it's unbelievable. Capable though.

    I repair and service cameras

I have some broken ones lying around if you're interested..

I'd actually take that if you are in London and I could pick up today or tomorrow morning.
