Thanks, that's what I though...
I can't compare with old chain unfortunately because part of the operation was to go from 44T to 50T on the chainring (I rode another 3 speed with 50T chainring few month back and was instantly convinced it was right for me)
Will probably remove a link then...

I think you are right, the tensioner should be a bit higher. Have you still got the old chain to compare against? I looked for that crankset on planetx already back to full price, wanted it for another project.
