I may be missing something but I'd love to know how the judge came to the decision that "Clearly he did not objectively foresee this as a possibility that he would kill the person behind the door" but at the same time said "The accused had the intention to shoot at the person behind the door". Apparently you can shoot someone standing on the other side of a closed door, and yet not intend to kill them, or be aware of the possibility. Who knew?
