So buying exotic rounds designed to fragment limbs, discharging guns in restaurants, moving cars and testing out weapons and ammo at shooting ranges, shooting at unknown people through closed doors, then being defined as a consistently unreliable and evasive witness by the judge doesn't support this statement?
