None of these are a problem if you have skills, a hacksaw and some axle spacers.
Although 135 is a MTB/touring spacing. Pick frames 130mm and less.
Ah, that wasn't meant to be in response to your 531 suggestion, I was just alluding to the benefits of semi-horizontal dropouts removing the need for seasonal bikes...
