Why?....Small Claims Court will take care of the rest once I get his details. Police is on the case too.

Were you wearing a helmet? If not I'm afraid I have no sympathy for you - if you won't help yourself....

Motorcycle helmet counts?.....lol . I love motorcycles and I have a lot respect to cyclist.....good cyclist. They are so brave to be on London streets
