There was no room to stay out completly off cycle lane. Parked car on the left. On the other hand cycle lane is there just for a reference. If there is obstruction can be entered by other road users.

Bullshit. There was plenty of room for you to get to the rear of that taxi in front and pull over to the left.
The Highway Code advises motorists not to drive or park in an advisory cycle lane “unless it is unavoidable” (see rule 140). For you it was avoidable.

Stop with this 'us and them' bullshit. If a teenager nicked your cab and went on a joyride causing mayhem, you wouldn't call him a cabbie. Just 'cos someone is riding a bike doesn't mean they're a cyclist. The guy in the video doesn't seem very attached to his bike. You're posting on a forum full of people who are very attached to their bikes, some to the point of obsession. We're not going to know blokey in your video. Even if you had asked more nicely.
