"Subscribe for more"....

Huh, that's a strange encounter, just walked away leaving his bike behind?
-
• #4
Did the cab driver drive (and stop) in the middle of the cyclepath?
-
• #5
It's just some guy on a bike, not a cyclist. Claim on your insurance and get over it.

"More of other videos" also before I got dashboard camera I had 2 similar situations with cyclists. So I guess "subscribe for more" is very relevant here.

It does look like it doesn't it.

Send me his details as he "forgot" to leave it to me
-
• #9
Yeah course he did. GET OUT OF MY ROAD etc
-

There was no room to stay out completly off cycle lane. Parked car on the left. On the other hand cycle lane is there just for a reference. If there is obstruction can be entered by other road users.

Even if you identified the bloke you will struggle to get anything from him. I suggest you stop wasting your time.
-
• #13
Odd. Why does the car move forward at 0:23 in?
-
• #14
Why?....Small Claims Court will take care of the rest once I get his details. Police is on the case too.
-
• #15
So he crashed into the back of you? What a twat. Sorry, never met him.

Were you wearing a helmet? If not I'm afraid I have no sympathy for you - if you won't help yourself....

Bullshit. There was plenty of room for you to get to the rear of that taxi in front and pull over to the left.
The Highway Code advises motorists not to drive or park in an advisory cycle lane “unless it is unavoidable” (see rule 140). For you it was avoidable.

Also, did you have a high visibility tabard on?
-
• #21
By the way, a black cab driver rear ended me last month, his name was John and he was bald. Do you know him?
-
• #22
yup
-
• #23
Motorcycle helmet counts?.....lol . I love motorcycles and I have a lot respect to cyclist.....good cyclist. They are so brave to be on London streets
-
• #24
Anyway, in all seriousness it looks like you parked in the cycle lane, as said up-thread, albeit an advisory one, so I'd say it was your lookout.

I'm guessing you have some kind of evidence. .. I haven't seen any yet.

Do you know this cyclist?
