Q: are there any reasonably priced turbo trainers that do a good job of measuring power? Sub £400 would be ideal. Usable fixed would be dreamy. Everyone I know whose used the Tarcx power products agree's the readouts are nonsense.

No, is the simple answer to that I'm afraid - second hand is the way to go for that money.

Used Computrainer? Doesn't measure power but it applies a load of x Watts to train against.
