• Just tell them you want to make a claim to replace / repair your iphone under the legislation mentioned above. They shouldn't ask any further question, if you want to read the actual T&C, as it were, then google Apple and UK consumer rights legislation, but there isn't much you need to know as long as the fault is from within the phone, you didn't break it - dropped it, water damaged that kind of things.
