Wanted: Steel Road Frame

As the title suggests I'm in the market for a steel road frame. You would need to post as I'm outside London. Here is a list of what I would like, although I can be pretty flexible.....

Steel Frame (May consider allu)
Size 54-57 TT
126-130 rear spacing
700c
Normal brakes (no canti/disc please)
1 inch headset (not essential)
Cable/gear bosses
Rack & guard mounts
Price range upto £150
Yellow color (I'm flexible about this)

I will be wanting rid of this in a bit:

Barry Chick built Shorter in Reynolds 653. Mudguard and rack mounts so a pretty versatile frame. Would like to sell with stem, bars and seatpost really. I'd want about £200 plus post.

Whats the dimensions? I don't need the bars, stem or seatpost so would you lower the price without them?

How about this. Bought NOS and like so many of my projects never finished before I started on the next one. There are a couple of small chips to the paint. Columbus Thron, seat tube 560 c2c, top tube 555 c2c.
