What I can says is that organic pads is definitely a no-no, they have a sharper bites, which can produced judder, and they wear out really quickly after 1 week of touring, it took me about 700-800 miles before the pads wear halfway through (using Swissstop Organic and standard TRP).
Now it got non-organic which have less of a bite, but reduced fork juddering a lots, and possibly longer lifespan.
