Usually at track events sign on closes by the start of the meet so the judges get the rider list before racing starts, so I imagine it will be by 2.30, probably a little earlier. Come early and watch the rest of the racing, it's only a 2.5 hour meet.
Edit: beaten to it^ 2.15 it is.
