  • Those Paralax frames look tosh with all the kit on them. I also cringe a bit when Walton Brush et al. are referred to as Athletes by MASH. That's by the by.

Anyway (tl;dr warning), I feel I should also let you know that one of the original 'HHSB' ie. the advert from which I believe the phrase is originally derived can be found locked to a street sign in East London. We rode past it on SPFG at the weekend but it wasn't an opportune moment to get a photograph or acknowledge our location. It looks like it's permanently locked there though and for those that were on the ride, it was close to where we were when someone punctured near the start. It's orange, unbranded, has swept back bars and a kick-back brake. If anyone can remember what ridiculous name they had, give yourself a hundred clever points.

  • YES! Well remembered.
Honestly like Bulldog Hooligan or Hooligan Fistbump.

Edit: Old Skool Hooligan, they were called. We even have a thread about them here which I'd paste in but for being on my phone. It's conversation 146673 though.
I recall them having an amazingly bad YouTube video introducing the bike but am not so sure now that they had anything to do with 'hip hop slave', I think that was more probably the work of a Unipack clone. The search continues.
