They can't wiggle free - the preload set on the NDS crank arm holds them in place.
I think you are referring to press fit two piece converters like these

Catalogue said same as normal CAAD10 but I doubt this is the case due to the sloped top tube.

So the Roadie itch bit hard, and after building a stupid number of them for others, I thought I'd build one for myself.
This is actually my first road bike. Pretty pleased with outcome considering it's cost me under £350. Next up, Threadless-ising it.
It will fucking kill me.

Is it light? I want to build up an older dale when I've got the money and would like a nice light commuter

I can haz membership? R900 with 105 groupset and varius Planet X bits.
Btw, it's rude to make fun of someone's short stem. -
• #1107
Is the frame a bit too big for you then? Not much seatpost either
-
• #1109
Huh huh erected. Chode.
-
• #1110
Yeah, big. Would be happy if I could find the same frame in a smaller size. This one is 52 cm and Bikepedia says there were a 50 cm and a 48 cm made. I'm keeping an eye on ebay from time to time, but I'm not too optimistic that I'll find anything.
Seat stays slanted forward thank you very much. A revelation of bliss for my gooch. -

Update on CAAD10 Track, they published the geometry - it's track geo.
-
• #1112
If your saddle is slanted downwards to relieve pressure it indicate your saddle is too high. It looks like you need a smaller frame.

absolutely loving it

have been searching high and low and i thought i'd post here first..: if anyone has (knows someone who has) a 56cm CAAD9/SIX13/SystemSix frameset for sale, please shout!
-
• #1115
Well cared for Six13 and SS are hens teeth now. You might have better luck with a CAAD but people still tend to hold on to them.

Unless you are me ..
Which gen/variant of CAAD 10 (full bike or frameset) had Di2 and mechanical compatibility simultaneously?
-
• #1117
None.

That sounds good, only thing is i have a massive scoble stack on the genesis and a positive stem so its actually much more than that.
However I want something more aggressive than Jose so actually it might not be so bad
-

The original fork is uncut - and comes with both the original stem and the specific spacers that are required to maintain the headtube diameter.
It can, therefore, be stacktastic:
Yeah was looking at those - though some people seemed to think they were a bit of cheap fix, and wiggle free from peddling.
Would certainly prefer to use the nice Ultegra BB provided (and its cheaper that way) so may go with it those.
