We don't really know about Wednesday till it happens! If people can't be arsed... It's worth checking here to be certain.
It'll almost certainly be newington, as Herne hill doesn't have lights and sundown at 8 is to early for the polo to stop!
You don't need a mallet, so long as someone going brings a spare... Usually someone will, in fact yesterday there were about four of us with spares I recon.
I bike you feel comfortable on (and possibly crashing) isn't a necessity, but it will make life easier... Good brakes will help even more!

I'm new to this whole bike polo thing but would love to come along and try it. Are you meeting next Wednesday? Herne hill at what time? Or newington? Do I need to bring a mallet?
