Nice old wheelset. Rims are excellent and true, spokes look a little dull as you'd imagine, as do the steel parts of the hubs, but they spin freely. Rims have practically no marks on the braking surface, I don't think they've seen much use at all. Rear is a flip flop hub but has a 5 speed block fitted, they came off a geared bike, not sure if you'll need to redish if using on a track bike?
Bearing in mind they need a good clean, but are pretty much ready to stick on a bike if you wanted, I'm after 90 for the pair.
