Is it? It looks similar to the FM-R019 but it's certainly different.

That might be true of their road frames, but don't you think there is a striking similarity between the Vails track frame and this?

The front triangle of the diamondback is completely different, but the rear looks pretty similar. Definitely different headtube and top tube.
