Based on that your ftp is in the lower realms of 'moderate' (cat IV) but your 1 min power is worse than 'untrained'.
Are you sure 332 is your 1 min power and not your 5 min?
But either way, basing a profile on one evening ride is retarded. You've read half the book so you should have a pretty decent idea how to collect it and analyse it by now.
