Its not spectacular. But it depends on what you weigh amd what you're training for. Use the charts in the Coggan book to do your power profile based on w/kg. It will give you a much better idea where you stand and what you need to improve on to do well in different events.
However if you're training for crits - 323w is not great 1 min power. You've got all winter to work on that though.
