I rode past this, police attending to guy lying in the middle of the road but no ambulance at that point. Hadn't seen a bike as I went past so had assumed someone had tried to cross the road and been hit. Was just past the Post Office's offices, between flower shop on south side and red fronted cafe on north side. No obvious obstacles to create a hazard. Really hard to say what happened.
