The Swiss track was the brainchild of Andy Rihs and built by Velotrack so should be as fast as somewhere like Manchester. If it's not fast enough then they'll go to altitude for Cancellara and do his at Aguascalientes.
I don't have data on him but best case scenario he would average 420w with a CdA of 0.22 (both pretty optimistic, I reckon he'll be 400w and 0.225 if not worse) and maybe crack 52km. MB would go quicker.
