This is the 10th year of the Anfractuous, a great 200km route from Chalfont St Peter which heads out west through Hilly Chilterns and around the rolling Newbury Downs. In fact there are now not one but two Anfractuous routes for your delight, the AAAnfractuous with added Chiltern goodness to bring the route up to Audax Altitude Award & Grimpeurs de Sud standard, and for those who of a more wobbly legged disposition there is the Less Anfractuous, which offers an equally enjoyable albeit slightly less strenuous day out, and for those who really must be home before lights out there is the 100km Nyctophobic.
