  • Neat, if people are interested we'd just need to figure out how to decide which photos are going to be in it, and find a suitable option for getting it printed.
I know of places that print really good for low prices, but that's single sheets (or books), and that's in germany..
    Brainstorm, people!

  • Would definitely buy a copy!

    Love that last shot Tina.

  • Defo interested in the 'zine!

  • Think my scanner has been broke for ages and I've never realised. Played with scanning with a digital camera + flash again, got some decent results I reckon..

Mju + T-Max, seems to have got that oversharp look from downsizing it though

What's with the kids wearing earplugs?

  • I think live music is too loud for the youth of today.

  • Come again?

  • 120 film, black and white Ilford IP4 125. messy developing the film, marks are from it not drying properly because of impatience. These are actually from 5 years ago, taken at a place called Camber Sands in Kent, still faves though.

  • id definitely submit to a zine if someone were to organise it! some cracking shots on this page!

  • The main problem I've had with doing a zine is sorting the printing. So many options and price ranges. Spending more doesn't guarantee quality at all. Choosing the right stock is a nightmare. Then there's the issue of finding places that will do test copies when you're not planning to have that many printed. And the list goes on. . .

  • do it on a photocopier at the corner shop

  • Why do I have some weird greenish (/orangeish maybe, colourblind here) patch at the top of a load of pictures? It looks a bit like a light leak but it's on rolls out of two different cameras. Could it be something during development or did I just fuck up scanning somehow?

Only now does it occur to me I should upload an example where I didn't try and fix it but anyway you can still see it.

  • At the top towards the centre?

Assuming it's always mid frame I guess it can only be the scanning, inspect the negs and check if it shows up there at all.

  • do it on a photocopier at the corner shop

That would actually be an option for a quick'n'dirty black and white one.

  • ..shinkuu, I like the picture by the way; was is that?

Like IR said - check the negs. What are you scanning with? Are there glass plates involved that are dirty maybe?
