All approximates but ..
2.1kg frameset including headset and seat collar;
2.3kg groupset (6800) £450;
1.9kg wheels (kinlin XR200 on Novatec Superlight and CX rays with GP4000s and latex tubes) £450 (?);
0.85kg for cheap (deda) finishing kit including saddle; £100
0.25kg Pedals (speedplay); £70
In short yes; NASA money to get under 7kg.
Dont bother weenie build with steel/Ti.
And if you insist then Sram Red; Extralite; Tune Mig/Mag + chinese 20mm carbon; Extralite; Arione 00; Speedplay Ti .. you could touch 5.2kg with all that but thats cray ££££
