They only do one size. It's one-size-fits-all. Inside it says 53cm-61cm
Price, I don't remember what it cost so whatever they go for on TTF/ebay.
Average sold price on ebay is £93.52 so £80?

At 7⅝, I'm restricted to helmets which go up to at least 63cm.
