Eh? But I thought you loved Torres?
I am more confused than usual -

We backed Torres to the hilt. Even if he was a bit shit for us. At least in his terrible stint at Chelsea he won more trophies then he did in the rest of his career to date.
Not sad to see him go. Never thought he was the right choice but he can't complain that the supporters didn't back him. Or the owner for that matter. He cost at least two different managers their jobs.

Falcao to United could be the interesting story today.
-
• #110132
I thought he was off to Arsenal?
They got Sagano, it's quite a laugh really. -
• #110133
You won't be laughing when they finish above you in the league...

• #110134
Don't get chippy because you knocked six goals against a relegation candidate

"#pedigree"
Do you even thesaurus?

What's Torres done that makes him a prima donna? I always thought he was quite a nice chap. Costa is clearly a very good player, but clearly falls short in the 'nice chap' stakes, i.e. is perfect for Chelsea.

Falcao to United is apparently because RVP need surgery or so the rumour mill says... Not that we are allergic to buying the CB's we need.

I'm over the Liverpool result now. We still have lots to work on from last season, but we knew that. One or two fans got carried away with preseason performance and our start to the season, but it shouldn't be a surprise to us that Liverpool are still a better footballing side. The manner in which we lost was not nearly as concerning as last season, so some progress has been made. I'll try not to mention Phil Dowd's complete and utter worthlessness either.

Costa is filling Drogba's boots nicely, but he doesn't need to be such a twat.

Mike.
When Torres was at Chelsea, we supported him. That is what supporters do.
We supported him even though he never played well and cost managers their jobs and brought TFSW to Stamford Bridge. We supported him through his sulks. Even when, on the night of Chelsea's greatest triumph, he stole the headlines by complaining about the club, we supported him.
At the end of last season, his constant griping became too much. The issue was whether he or Mourinho would prevail. It was Mourinho. A fact that makes everyone very happy.

As Clive said, you stick by your players... However, Torres made that fucking impossible at times...
Anyway, onwards and upwards...
