  • Subtle, but could we make the two numbers match and loose the comma?

  • When clicking the 'Follow' button it changes to a tick and 'following', all good. But then the follow button becomes a underlined text hyperlink.

Feels a bit incongruous that a toggle button should change form so dramatically.

  • Can I post an image that is a clickable link?
Like one used to do via

    [img] in [url]

  • Thanks!

  • Is there a way of seeing all the threads that you are following, and nothing else? And to have an easy way of unsubscribing from lots of threads at once would be nice.

  • Ah, I think the answer to the first question is to use the search? As it's not possible to filter the Following page in the same way you can filter the search page...

  • Is there a view like 'Following' but one that removes read threads? So I just see threads with new posts in them?

  • This was requested a while ago, is coming, but quite complicated to implement

  • I thought it might have been. Probably by me. #memorysieve

  • I created a bookmark that does this:

    javascript:$('.list-collection-row').each(function(){ if ($(this).find('.label-warning').length < 1) { $(this).hide(); } });

Only gets rid of stuff on the current page though, still makes it easier to open everything on the current page

  • This hugely useful1 post by @1000archangels http://www.lfgss.com/comments/9001374/ now has a bunch of broken images because they were attachments (I think). Is there any chance it can be revived?

1 to me at least because I have just purchased sram s500 levers

  • Oh, I mean this thread https://www.lfgss.com/comments/8286370/ by @upstart . At least originally.

  • a bunch of broken images because they were attachments (I think).

I haven't seen any missing attachments, more likely the images fell off some remote server, or they were on a photo-sharing site which periodically changes image URLs to frustrate embedding on external sites.

  • @mdcc_tester, did you look? The links are like http://www.lfgss.com/picture.php?albumid=1776&pictureid=11588

You are saying that you can see that?

  • Ah, album pix, not attachments. I think they are all gone.

  • It would be great to have a menu bar, or a "jump to.." thingy at the bottom of pages.

Also when I click on subscribed threads in "following" with new activity,
it sometimes / often takes me not to first unread post, but about somewhere recently.
Sorry this is not good english but I hope you get what I'm saying.

  • Oh and what good does it do that threads get moved to the top of the list in "following" -
when it's your own post you just made that is the "recent activity" ??

  • That's consistent with how the subscriptions page worked. I guess you were more of a UserCP fan.

  • Album pics were backed up, but not yet restored.

They're on ice until we have the "Gallery" type sorted.

  • Any ideas on the random images thing, e.g. these two posts
    https://www.lfgss.com/comments/8497541/
    https://www.lfgss.com/comments/8654600/

Which had attachments embedded now have the correct attachments shown inline, but the file embedded between the [img] tags isn't the same as the attachment any more.

I can edit my posts, but ewanmac's reply https://www.lfgss.com/comments/8690498/ to this post https://www.lfgss.com/comments/8668265/ looks like a bit of a non sequitur when it contains the wrong image.
