Following some late night eBay browsing for a new frame, I came bought this from Moldova.
Its apparently a retail bike stripped for parts, but I wasn't too sure, as the forks weren't cut, but the seller has sold lots of group sets and frames/wheels without retail packaging. Overall all it arrived with a couple of incredibly minor marks (a tiny scratch on the non-drive side dropout and a tiny chip in the lacquer on the top tube).
I was a little concerned when the frame arrived without a seat tube sticker to indicate the material. After a brief email conversation (and lots of photos) with Dedacciai, they have confirmed it is titanium, but they did seem to be a little miffed their frames were selling on eBay.
I'm thinking of Campagnolo 10speed, as I've already a spare pair of Neutrons and a few bits to put on.
