there are a lot of bright uni graduates who i'm sure could do an equal job for 1/4 of the wage and would bite your hand off for the chance and probably be more motivated, the only thing i can see as a positive for the board is that they have probably been riding the quango train for a while and have some good contacts / rich contactsAre you really comparing the impact on an organisation of group of experienced business leaders, with say 30 years experience each, hopefully (mainly) successful, with a group offresh graduates with zero experience of anything other than university?
