My cellar clear out continues. Pick up from Lower Clapton, E5. No dibs, PM to arrange collection but basically first with the cash gets it. I'm happy to consider posting at cost if needs be, but meeting elsewhere at the moment is a hassle as I'm still off my bike with a broken elbow, so if you want it, come get it!
Not totally sure about some of the pricing so if I'm off let me know.
1. Open Pro ceramic rims on black Goldtec hubs (fixed/fixed, 32h)
A nice stealthy set of wheels built up with nice (and strong) but pricey Sapim CX-Ray spokes and brass pro loc nipples.
The ceramic on the rear wheel is pretty much flawless apart from two small chips on both sides of the rim where I must have hit a bump (see top photo). The front has been braked on a fair bit and the ceramic coating has come away a little bit at the bottom, but it still has the coating where it's needed and is mechanically sound, it's more of a slight cosmetic issue - see bottom photo.
I bought the rims new from CRC for £160 the pair in late summer 2011 just before Mavic stopped making them, the RRP for the hubs at the time was £180 and 64 CX-Ray spokes were £££ so this build was easily north of £400 new.
£180SOLD
(Tyre not included!)
2. 3TTT Podium Quill stem - 100mm
In good condition above the insertion line except for a little nick which I'd previously coloured in with a sharpie. Includes the plastic cap.
£8SOLD
3. Velo Orange Polished Smooth Mudguards - 37mm
I bought the wrong size for my significant other's bicycle, silly me. Cost £45 + £9 P&P from Freshtripe.
New and still in the packaging, with all the fittings and instructions in a sealed bag.
£35 --> £32.50 --> £30 SOLD
4. Condor front brake, short drop - 60th anniversary edition
Needs new pads and one of the bolts has rounded on the pad carriers, all good apart from that.
£7SOLD
5. Sugino 75 cranks (165mm) with 48T chainring
Older set of somewhat scuffed but sound Sugino 75 cranks with a fairly new 48T chainring. No significant wear on the ring. Black Sugino chainring bolts but one is missing.
Old set of SPDs currently in them as removing pedals with a broken elbow is hard :/
I'll throw in the pedals if you want them though!
£80SOLD
6. Protype 68 x 109mm ISO taper bottom bracket for Sugino 75
This is a a true 109mm ISO taper SEALED cartridge bottom bracket, like a disposable Shimano BB but for Sugino 75s. New and unused in the box: I only took it out to take photos.
Cost me £18 from Ben's Cycles in the U.S. plus £14 in import tax/fees so £32 in total.
£20, £15 if you buy with the cranksSOLD
7. Selle Italia 'Future' saddle with kevlar edges
Distinctly Flite shaped, leather looks slightly orangey in the photos but is more red in reality.
In excellent condition for its age.
£15 --> £12.50 --> £10
8. Elite Ciussi Gel Bottle Cage, black
New with packaging. White label in foreground peels off if you don't like it.
